The ASPIN Health Improvement Program seeks to improve the health of persons served by ASPIN members living in 14 under served, rural counties who are at risk due to:
High levels of chronic diseases
Inadequate numbers of health professionals
Inadequate numbers of mental health professionals
High rates of poverty
High rates of uninsured
